Description
This is the species that we have in the Okanagan Valley and their numbers fluctuates year over year. This past year though we are seeing a significant drop in their numbers of which some of the deaths are associated with a disease they get from close contact with domestic sheep. The disease is called Mycoplasma 0vipneumoniae, a bacteria which is fatal for the wild sheep.
